Serial Child Molester Preys On Dozens of Young Children

Gary Frost, age 68, is serving a sentence of 3 years consecutive to 19.5-60 years for the crimes of Gross Sexual Imposition (4 counts), Armed Robbery (2 counts) and Escape.

Frost’s offenses involve sexual conduct with boys between the ages of six and 15, usually in public restrooms. On two occasions, he robbed the boys as well.

Frost continued sexually acting out in prison, with several rule violations for sexual acts with other inmates.

Frost’s criminal history includes 7 convictions for sexually related offenses. He is serving his sixth adult prison commitment.

The Parole Board last heard Frost in January 2010. At that time, he admitted all his offenses, and stated that he approximates offending against somewhere between 50-100 victims in his lifetime. He had completed the mandatory sex offender program, but refused to attend the comprehensive program.

No Parole

Gary Frost is a serial child molester who admits molesting up to 100 boys. Although Frost admits his offenses, he still refuses to take classes critical to his rehabilitation. Frost has been released from prison FIVE times, and each time failed to correct his behavior. In addition, even while incarcerated, Frost continued to exhibit sexually deviant behavior. Based on the fact Frost has ruined the lives of up to 100 innocent children, refuses to participate in classes vital to his rehabilitation and has been given five previous opportunities to stop his criminal ways with no success, we believe Gary Frost should be required to serve his maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.
